About Linehaul
Linehaul is built and run by Kyle Wang. It helps freight AP teams catch duplicate bills and charges above agreed rates before they pay, and gives them the evidence to dispute those charges.
What Linehaul does, and does not do
Linehaul reads carrier invoices, runs supported checks, and flags findings for your team to review. It also prepares dispute evidence and accounting import files.
It does not pay invoices, send disputes to carriers, or change your accounting system. Your team decides what to dispute and what to export.
How the free audit works
- What you send
- Up to three carrier invoices, or up to 50 PDFs, with no account and no card. Redact anything sensitive that is not needed for the audit.
- Who reviews
- A person at Linehaul reviews the invoices, not only software.
- What you receive
- Findings and an extracted-data CSV by email, with dispute evidence where something is worth disputing. See a sample audit.
- Retention
- Free-audit PDFs are removed from active storage after a fixed period. The Privacy Policy states the period and backup details.
Your invoice data
Workspaces are separate per company, and roles control what each teammate can do. Privacy Mode removes source PDFs and raw extracted text from active storage after processing. Linehaul does not sell invoice data or freight rates.
