Subprocessors & Service Providers

Linehaul uses the providers below to operate and support the Service. Providers receive only the information needed for the services they perform.

AI-assisted extraction
When AI-assisted extraction is enabled, Linehaul may send limited invoice text or page images required for extraction to the configured AI provider. Supported configurations include OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or a self-hosted Ollama deployment. Only the provider configured for the service is used.
Processing locations and changes
Providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where they operate. Linehaul may update providers as the Service evolves. Material changes to data handling will be reflected on this page or in the Privacy & Data Security Policy.
